Order cancellation policy

At Fais Couture, we understand that plans may change after placing an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order placed through faiscouture.com.pk.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Contact number
  • Reason for cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, if payment has already been made.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

3. Customized, Stitched & Made-to-Order Items

Orders for the following items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun:

  • Customized products
  • Stitched orders
  • Made-to-measure garments
  • Personalized items
  • Special order or pre-order items

Because these products are prepared specifically for you, cancellations are only possible before work on the order has started.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in Fais Couture limiting or refusing future COD orders from the same customer.

5. International Orders

International orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an international order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to courier, customs, or international transit processes.

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit / Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
  • Bank Transfer Payments: Refunded to your provided bank account within 5–10 business days
  • Digital Wallet Payments: Refunded to the original wallet account within 5–10 business days

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellation by Fais Couture

Fais Couture reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or website errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Failure to verify payment

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and any payment already received will be refunded in full.
