1. Delivery Coverage

Fais Couture delivers across Pakistan and to selected international destinations.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or new collection launches, processing times may be longer than usual.
  • Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time.

Estimated preparation times for customized or stitched orders will be communicated separately.

3. Delivery Within Pakistan

Estimated delivery times for orders within Pakistan are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or regional accessibility.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

4. International Delivery

Fais Couture proudly serves customers worldwide.

Estimated international delivery times are:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Remote or Restricted Regions: May require additional time

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Courier service
  • Customs clearance procedures

5. Shipping Charges

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to:

The order may be returned to Fais Couture.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Fais Couture is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • High order volumes
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Fais Couture shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • Missing item(s)
  • Incorrect product(s)

Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package and item(s)
  • Description of the issue

We will review the matter and assist you in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery attempts:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipment
  • Refunds, if applicable, may be reduced by shipping and handling costs

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
